My stay at the resort was fantastic; the pools were amazing and the views were simply breathtaking. The staff were super helpful, especially at the pool bar, which added to the overall experience. However, the food was a letdown-definitely could use improvement in taste and quality. Also, it would have been nice if the rooftop bar opened earlier for sunset views.

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While the hospitality and staff were outstanding, making me feel truly special during my stay, I faced significant issues with the check-in process and overcrowded pool areas. It seems like the services struggled to keep up with the number of guests during peak season.

My stay at the hotel was mostly delightful with an amazing atmosphere and wonderful staff who made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The outdoor heated pool was a fantastic spot to relax, especially during sunset, and the breakfast spread was one of the best I've encountered. However, the noisy mornings from housekeeping and some issues with water pressure in the shower detracted from the experience a bit. Overall, it was good value for money but there's room for improvement.
