I really enjoyed my stay! the reception staff was helpful. They assisted me with all my inquiries quickly. the variety at the breakfast buffet impressed me. Many options were available, and everything tasted fresh. i found the private beach access very convenient. The dead sea was easily accessible.
the pool was a bit crowded. otherwise it was perfect!

I appreciated the beautiful atmosphere at the resort and the excellent beach access. Hussein, who worked at the beach, provided really good service. He was always kind and helpful. Mohamed at the reception was super friendly. I felt he provided the best service possible. i found the breakfast fabulous with varied choices.
The security staff at the main gate seemed a bit impolite. I think management should address this.

The hotel features multiple swimming pools. Some are dedicated for kids and offer varied options. There is a private beach, giving direct access to the Dead Sea for mudding and floating. An adult pool includes its own bar. This makes the process smooth.

constant whistlesdirty pool
The hotel seemed nice at first, but some things were off. the adult pool was not adults only. Kids ran around and the lifeguard constantly blew whistles. it was not relaxing. the pool also was not cleaned enough. leaves were all over it. I even found long black hairs floating in the water one day. it made me feel sick
